My New Paper Village Series

I recently had a customer message asking which of my houses go together scale-wise and I had been thinking about this for a while... they don't all necessarily go together. I should have set out to do that from the beginning, but I wasn't really thinking that people would want to put so many together like they do. So last week I started a series of creating a new house each week(ISH) that work with all of the others in the series. I say "-ish" because that's kind of a lofty goal. It's not only making the template, but it's taking all of the photos for the listing, the instructional video plus a short video. That is quite a bit, especially if I have a lot of orders to ship that week. I think it'll be worth it though because as a solo worker, I need things to give me motivation to work. It's so easy to just sit on the couch and scroll, but this gives me deadlines so I can't!

The Bloomery is my first house – or shop, I can't decide what a general name is for these. They aren't all houses, they aren't all shops, etc... let me know if you have a suggestion! So it's a local flower shop. Don't go googling the definition of Bloomery because it's an ancient smoke stack. HA! But let's imagine it means a place where beautiful things bloom because doesn't that make more sense?!

I'd actually started and stopped making a flower shop several times. I just couldn't figure out how to do the flowers in the windows, but somehow I figured it out and it looks so cute!
